You can also loot several fragments from Mine Carts in your Lunarfall Excavation / Frostwall Mines Level 2 if you have a follower with Mining assigned. Your digsite has a chance to spawn a mob that can drop fragments and keystones, similar to other gathering professions in Warlords. Several other fragments may be looted from chests in Spires of Arak.
